Paper Pulp Molding Machine Introduction:
- The forming machine complete the forming, drying and hot-press shaping procedures by manually.
- By adding the smart robots, the products will be transferred, hot press shaping, edge cutting automatically.
- Machine structure: forming stage ×1 in the middle, hot press stage ×2 on the two sides.
- Application: can produce all kinds of pulp molding tableware, pulp molding medical care packages, pulp molding face masks and finery packages.

The raw material is the clean virgin paper sheet, like the sugarcane bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp, reed pulp and etc, which are food grade and eco-friendly.
How the Production Line Works:
Pulping System: Turn clean virgin paper into pulp of certain consistency. Main equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, etc.
Forming System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds.
Drying System: After forming, then transfer the products on hot press moulds by manually or match the smart robots. The procedures of forming, drying and hot-press shaping are completed in the forming machine.
