Detailed Description about the Machine​:

  1. The machine is for pulp molding products.
  2. Output on the product collection table automatically.
  3. Computers monitor the entire process and manage the production.
  4. The pulp tank is made from SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistance.
  5. PLC and touch screen controlled.
  6. With function of top mould and bottom mould blowing & vacuum.
  7. Drive: bottom mould reciprocated drive by pneumatic, up mould forward-backward drive by pneumatic.
  8. The main Pneumatic parts brand: SMC/ARK.
  9. The main electronic parts brand: Siemens.

How This Machien Works:

  1. The pulp is mixing with raw material and water. When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine.
  2. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds.
  3. After forming, the up mould will move forward and drop on the collection table automatically.
  4. The forming products don’t to be transferred by workers, save labors and high efficiency.
  5. This machine can be applied to manufacturing large quantity of pulp molding products, especially the high industrial packages items.
